Position Summary: The Shipping clerk is responsible for processing, packaging and shipping packages. The Shipping Clerk may assist with other duties as business needs arise. The Shipping clerk demonstrates a commitment to the mission and goals of Belmar Pharmacy.
- Data entry ordering supplies from vendors
- Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately
- Maintain daily excel spreadsheet of tracking information to be emailed internally for monthly reporting
- Assist in receiving and material handling as needed
- Answer door, greet and assist patients
- Organize stock and maintain inventory of shipping supplies
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Comply with all state and federal guidelines regarding medication labeling
- Maintains compliance with Company and HIPAA patient confidentiality requirements
- Consult with Pharmacist/Pharmacy Technician leader on duty
- Performs other duties as assigned
